Annual General Meeting (AGM) notices, forms and news.
Latest News Update
A number of elders and registered members of Ngati Rehua-Ngatiwai ki Aotea Trust have issued proceedings out of the High Court in Auckland seeking orders that the current trustees be removed and replaced by independent interim trustees.
Directions are also sought for the interim trustees to arrange an AGM and election process in accordance with the Trust Deed and that no further steps are to be taken with the ratification process for settlement of Treaty claims until completion of the election.
If you are a registered beneficiary and wish to receive a copy of the Court documents, then please contact the Plaintiffs Solicitor Richard Harrison who is contactable on office@harrisonstone.co.nz or 09 377 3173. Arrangements will be made to email requested documents or to view them at the legal offices of Harrison Stone.
