Māori Science students!
We have an opportunity for a Yr 12 or Yr 13 Māori student to attend the 8th Asian Science Camp, Singapore, 24th – 29th August.
A fully funded opportunity for one Māori Yr12 or Yr13 student is available to attend the 8th Asian Science Camp in Singapore.
This opportunity has been made possible by Ngā Pae o te Māramatanga, NZ’s Indigenous Centre of Research Excellence, hosted by the University of Auckland.
The Asian Science Camp is an annual forum which aims to enlighten those science-talented youths through discussion and dialogue with top scholars in the world and promote the international friendship and cooperation among the best young students of the next generation in Asia.
The programme will include key talks from Nobel Laureates and eminent scientists, workshops, field trips and social events.
Māori students who apply should have a passion for science and need to be studying at least two science subjects.
